Key responsibilities:
1. Own end-to-end performance marketing, from strategic planning to hands-on execution
2. Measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement against
3. Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness
4. Build creatives that enhance performance metrics and execute multiple experiments as planned
5. Foster a culture of experimentation, plan, execute, measure, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
6. Demonstrate strong analytical abilities to optimize both marketing campaigns and overall product user experience
7. Develop and manage long-term marketing budget projections, ensuring effective resource allocation for strategic growth
