Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing performance marketing strategies and campaigns, overseeing their performance and budget across Meta and Google platforms.
Planning content creation aligned with revenue targets and budget allocations.
Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sessions, click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per thousand (CPM), cost per click (CPC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall budget management.
Focusing on revenue growth, optimizing conversion rates, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and refining audience targeting and segmentation.
Providing leadership and guidance to the performance marketing team.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders to align strategies and goals
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing page experiences
Manage budgets, bids, and campaign pacing to achieve cost-efficiency and maximize ROI.
Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
