2. Develop, track, and analyze key performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet and exceed KPIs and client expectations.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to develop data-driven strategies.
4. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, affiliates, and media partners, negotiating terms and ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
5. Monitor and optimize for performance across multiple channels, including mobile, video, and in-app advertising.
6. Set up, monitor, and analyze campaign data through attribution platforms, especially AppsFlyer, to optimize audience targeting and engagement.
7. Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients, highlighting ROI, audience reach, and areas for improvement.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in programmatic advertising and mobile app marketing
Requirements:
1. Some years of experience in programmatic or performance marketing, preferably at an agency that manages affiliate marketing or programmatic advertising for clients.
2. Hands-on experience with DSPs, ad exchanges, and real-time bidding environments.
3. Expertise in attribution tools, particularly AppsFlyer, for mobile app campaign tracking and analytics.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience working with campaign metrics, optimizing for performance, and using data to drive decision-making.
5. Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
6. Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and providing financial insights related to campaign performance.
7. Familiarity with mobile marketing channels and user acquisition strategies.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
1. Advanced knowledge of other MMPs (e.g., Adjust, Branch) and analytical tools.
2. Proficiency with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
3. Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on digital advertising.
4. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization.
