Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
2. Supervising and communicating with household staff for day to day tasks
3. Taking notes and responding to correspondences
4. Running personal errands and coordinating with various vendors to get the tasks completed
5. Manage all adhoc tasks and assist with official tasks where needed
