Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the director's calendar, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
2. Supervising and communicating with household staff for day-to-day tasks
3. Taking notes and responding to correspondences
4. Running personal errands and coordinating with various vendors to get the tasks completed
5. Manage all ad-hoc tasks and assist with official tasks where needed
