Job Title: Personal Assistant - Government Communication, PR & Social Media
Location: Noida (Office-based with Regular Field Work)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing government-related communications, liaising with officials and stakeholders.
2. Coordinate public relations activities, including drafting press releases, event planning, and media outreach.
3. Oversee and manage social media platforms to enhance our NGO's visibility and engagement.
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings, field visits, and events involving exporters, artisans, and government representatives.
5. Provide administrative support to senior management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience in an NGO, handicrafts sector, or similar field is preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency in social media management and basic digital marketing.
5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Willingness to work from our Noida office and travel for regular field work.
