Personal Assistant & Office Administrator Job

We are looking for a Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to support our business operations and manage office administration efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, IT proficiency, and the ability to handle vendors and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
2. Draft and respond to emails professionally in English and Hindi.
3. Handle phone calls with excellent telephone manners and assist visitors.
4. Vendor management - coordinate with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement.
5. Maintain Excel sheets, office records, and databases for efficient administration.
6. Assist with basic IT tasks, including document management and troubleshooting.
7. Track expenses, prepare reports, and maintain office supplies.
8. Provide general office support and assist with HR/admin-related tasks.
