Personal Assistant OR Executive Assistant Job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to a high-level executive in our organization. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing multiple priorities and tasks efficiently, maintaining a high level of confidentiality, and demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
2. Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events; ensure executive is well-prepared for meetings
3. Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
4. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls; respond to inquiries and requests
5. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
6. Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and brief executive
7. Manage personal matters for the executive as required
8. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
9. Monitor and manage expense reports and budgets
10. Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed

Working Conditions:

1. Full-time position based in Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon West
2. Should be flexible in terms of working hours
