Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time role that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will support the Director in daily administrative tasks, help manage schedules, and maintain confidentiality while being adaptable and tech-savvy.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities to manage and resolve various administrative issues efficiently.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks such as drafting documents and managing schedules.
Adaptability to handle a dynamic work environment and promptly adjust to changes in priority and workload.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using office software and tools to support administrative tasks.
Proficiency in drafting professional documents, emails, and other communications as required.
Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules and appointments.
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the Director, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
Coordinate and prepare documents and reports for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
Assist with the organization and execution of special projects and events as required.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.
Maintain an organized filing system for important and confidential documents.
Assist in liaising with clients, staff, and other stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
