Key responsibilities:

1. Working on calendar management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to optimize the executive's time.
2. Working on communication management: Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of messages.
3. Working on documentation and filing: Organizing files, maintaining records, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
4. Working on meeting coordination: Preparing agendas, taking minutes during meetings, and following up on action items.
5. Handling travel arrangements: Planning itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
6. Working on confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
