The 'Recruiter' is responsible for planning and executing the company's recruitment strategy including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating & attracting great talent, across all levels including leadership positions. The person must demonstrate ownership, responsibility & accountability to deliver quality results, on time. It is imperative that the individual has immaculate communication skills in English - spoken & written.
Key responsibilities:
1. Source right, screen right, interview right & position right all the candidates who fit our requirements
2. Plan & implement best-in-class hiring practices to include candidate experience, interviewer effectiveness & follow-up with stakeholders towards win-win closures
3. Monitor, track, and report progress of hiring status on a pre-defined period to relevant stakeholders
4. Work on being responsible & accountable for hiring metrics - Turn Around Time, throughput, aging, etc.
5. Establish clear hiring process flow that starts from the requisition till joining followed by induction & on-boarding
6. Maintain & publish MIS reports that demonstrate hiring efficiency
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Pre-requisites:
1. 4 - 10 years of overall work experience
2. Pharma hiring experience is preferred
3. Must be tech-savvy to deploy, implement & execute HR tech solutions as a way of operations
4. Must have expertise in hiring for sales & BD teams – B2B
5. Must be proficient in engaging with leadership candidates, and position both the job and company positively
6. MBA in HR (full-time) from a premium institute would be given preference
7. Immaculate in the English language (spoken & written)
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite – minimum intermediary level in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
9. High energy, ability to energize, with a creative & learning mindset
10. Result orientation, speed of execution, quality outcomes, and a people-centric mindset are mandatory
