Pharmacy Operations Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the relationship with partner pharmacies to ensure timely and quality service delivery
2. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
4. Develop and implement standard operating procedures for pharmacy operations and logistics management
5. Manage and train a team of pharmacy operation executives to handle daily operations efficiently
6. Work closely with the customer service team to address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Maintain proper inventory management and ensure the availability of all medicines at all times
8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the logistics network
9. Ensure that all pharmacy operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, logistics management, or related field
3. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and logistics management
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
8. Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to pharmacy operations
