Job Overview
The Pharmacy Operations Manager role at Raf Health Care is a senior-level, full-time position based in Doha. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of work experience in pharmacy operations. This key leadership role involves managing the overall operations of the pharmacy to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards
Lead and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
Manage the pharmacy budget, including cost control and financial planning
Ensure efficient inventory management to maintain adequate stock levels
Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols to uphold product and service standards
Optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
Maintain effective communication and relationships with vendors and suppliers
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance overall customer experience
