1. Demonstrate proven experience in political/event photography
2. Exhibit proficiency in photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
3. Manage work in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
4. Present a strong portfolio showcasing event and candid photography skills
5. Maintain flexibility to travel and work irregular hours
6. Own professional camera and equipment (preferred)
