Key responsibilities:

1. Detect and troubleshoot software issues
2. Write clear quality code for software and applications and perform test reviews
3. Develop, implement, and test APIs
4. Provide input on software development projects
5. Work on the integration of user-facing elements
6. Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
7. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
8. Work on building & Managing RESTful APIs to connect with the mobile app & other third-party systems
9. Work on an understanding of MVC design patterns
10. Work on understanding accessibility and security compliance

Requirements:

1. Degree in information technology/CS or a related field
2. Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel
3. Comfort using programming languages and relational databases
4. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
5. 2+ years of development experience
6. Experience with MySQL databases
7. Knowledge/experience in building an API
