1. Collaborate with the frontend developer to understand project requirements and objectives
2. Design and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code using Laravel
3. Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and optimizations in MySQL
4. Integrate user-facing elements using CSS and JS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
5. Implement and optimize caching mechanisms using Redis for improved application performance
6. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
