Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential employers to create job opportunities for our students.
2. Collaborate with instructors to create training programs that align with industry standards and job requirements.
3. Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to students to help them improve their interview skills.
4. Assist students with resume writing, cover letter preparation, and job search strategies.
5. Organize job fairs and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
6. Track and analyze placement data to measure the success of our programs and make improvements as needed.
7. Stay current on industry trends and job market demands to ensure our training programs remain relevant and effective.
