About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate strategic and administrative oversight
2. Work on networking and liaison with state and national-level employers
3. Ensure overall compliance with program guidelines and prescriptions
4. Be responsible for the induction of facilitators for the placement availability & JDs
5. Provide updates on placement performance
6. Work on employer engagement with centers (SME sessions, OJT & content upgradation)
7. Review and respond to escalated complaints and grievances

Note: 100% placement assistance and 80% learner placement is the minimum benchmark
