About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Review the list of construction companies in your database
2. Contact HR representatives of these companies to inquire about current and upcoming vacancies
3. Document the specific job requirements and timelines for each vacancy
4. Share candidate profiles and resumes that match the respective vacancies
5. Arrange initial discussions with HR's to gauge interest in potential candidates
6. Schedule interviews between construction companies and shortlisted candidates
7. Notify candidates about interview schedules and provide them with the necessary guidance and resources
8. Follow up with HR's and candidates to ensure interviews are conducted as planned
9. Negotiate terms and conditions of employment, if necessary
10. Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed and continue the connecting work with HR

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field
