Power Amplifier RF Design Engineer Job

REQUIREMENTS:

X-band RF PA design
Mixed signal RF board design (RF & High speed)
Power Amplifier for X-Band High Data-rate Transmitter module
Base-band and RF front-end section for X-Band High Data-rate Transmitter module
Design and develop RF power amplifiers for high-frequency applications, including wireless communication, radar systems, and satellite communication.
Conduct RF power amplifier design from concept to production, including specification definition, schematic design, layout, simulation, and validation.
Perform nonlinear RF circuit simulations and optimizations using tools such as ADS, Microwave Office, or similar software.
Characterize RF power amplifiers through testing, measurements, and analysis using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment.
Optimize amplifier performance for parameters such as power efficiency, linearity, gain, and bandwidth.
Develop and implement RF matching networks, impedance matching techniques, and biasing circuits for power amplifiers.
