PR & Communications Executive Job

As a 'PR & Communications Executive' for Glitchover, you will play a key role in expanding our gaming platform within the US market. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to launch and promote Glitchover, pitching the product to investors and influencers, and creating compelling pitch decks for diverse audiences. You will need to have a strong understanding of the gaming and streaming industries, exceptional business acumen, and top-notch presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute business strategies to drive Glitchover's growth in the US market.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with potential investors, influencers, and strategic partners.
3. Identify emerging influencers and streamers, onboarding them to our platform.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing investors and influencers.
5. Design and deliver engaging, persuasive pitch decks to key stakeholders.
6. Conduct in-depth market research to uncover opportunities and challenges in the US gaming sector.
7. Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and strategies.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the company ahead of the competition.
9. Represent Glitchover at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
10. Manage and lead the marketing team.

Qualifications:

1. MBA (preferably with a focus on business development or marketing).
2. Proven experience in business development, ideally within the gaming or streaming sectors.
3. Deep knowledge of the gaming community and streaming platforms.
4. Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to create and deliver persuasive and impactful pitch decks.
6. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for gaming.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Willingness to work onsite is required.
