Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Primary School Teacher with 2-3 years of teaching experience and fluency in English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of young children.
2. Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where all students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to participate.
3. Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
4. Assess students' progress regularly and adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of individual learners.
5. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
6. Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and behavior.
7. Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school-related activities as required.
8. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood education setting.
3. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
4. Strong understanding of child development principles and educational theories.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
