Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential buyers, fostering a collaborative dialogue to unearth their needs, desired locations, and long-term real estate goals
2. Become an expert in our property portfolio, adeptly showcasing the unique features and benefits of each offering to ensure an ideal match for each client's vision
3. Work with sales and marketing teams to curate personalized property presentations and tailor solutions that seamlessly integrate with client requirements
4. Stay abreast of the latest trends and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and market expertise that empower informed decision-making
5. Guide clients through the negotiation process with clear communication and strategic guidance, ensuring a successful and stress-free experience
6. Prepare and deliver captivating property tours, presentations, and proposals that ignite excitement and propel clients towards achieving their real estate aspirations

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Proven track record of success in pre-sales, real estate sales, or similar client-facing roles

2. In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, including current trends and property types

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

4. Astute ability to decipher client needs and translate them into ideal property solutions

5. Familiarity with CRM software and real estate sales documentation

6. The ability to thrive independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

7. A formal education in Business, Sales, or a related area is a plus

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
