Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Primary Supervisor for its Muzaffarpur location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves overseeing the pre-primary section and ensuring a high standard of early childhood education.

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the academic, administrative, and operational aspects of the pre-primary section
Implement and monitor the curriculum for nursery, lkg, and ukg classes
Provide training and support to pre-primary teachers to ensure high teaching standards
Develop and maintain a nurturing and engaging learning environment
Evaluate and enhance teaching methodologies to improve student outcomes
Coordinate with parents to discuss the progress of their children and address any concerns
Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and other activities
