Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging instruction & learning
Teach structured, play-based lessons tailored to early childhood development.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Someone with experience working with children (whether in preschools, education settings, or as a swim instructor).
A teacher who understands the importance of creating a fun and magical learning environment for children.
Candidates with a background in child psychology, education, or related fields are preferred, but hands-on teaching experience is also valuable.
Availability to work on weekends and during the peak season from March to September is mandatory. Typically, teaching sessions are structured in 3-hour blocks, then break, and an additional 3-hour evening session.
Flexibility for travel within Delhi NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi) is preferred, as classes are frequently held in hotels and schools but if you can only work at one location there's possibility to consider this.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Water Town Swim School specializes in swim lessons for children from 4 months to 4 years old. We do not view swimming solely as a sport of getting from point A to point B but rather as one of the best ways to maximize a child's potential.
