Job Description for your reference
Helping to develop the curriculum and programs for primary school students
Working with students and parents to ensure students are progressing well and understand what they need to do to succeed
Ensuring the school runs smoothly, including admissions, resource allocation, and staff management
Planning school events and organizing resources
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for students, including assessments, progress, and individual education and development plans
Coordinating staff development for primary educators
Completing grant applications in accordance with grant compliance and requirements
Student selection: Organizing student selection for the primary program
Assisting with the analysis of data for student achievement
Recommending primary teachers and instructional assistants.

Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate with B.Ed or D.El. ED.
Good at organizing and communicating clearly.
Experience in school management or teaching (especially with young children).
Able to handle multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.
A degree in education or a related field is a plus.
