1. Process and validate property invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in vendor details and GL coding.
2. Handle property mortgage payments and various invoice types (Fixed Assets, Advertising, etc.).
3. Address vendor and internal partner queries via phone and email, providing prompt support.
4. Manage vendor creation, outstanding checks, and execute payment runs for insurance, utilities, and taxes invoices.
5. Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and monitor supplier refunds.
6. Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners, ensuring smooth operations.
7. Contribute to continuous performance improvement and maintain process health and hygiene.
Order to cash:
1. Make collection calls and send invoices to customers via email, fax, or hard copy as per their requests.
2. Identify and resolve unidentified cash, managing the end-to-end cash application process.
3. Process cash applications to invoices, ensuring timely and accurate completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
4. Follow up on customer/internal disputes and work across departments for resolution.
5. Reconcile customer orders, validate credits/debits, and manage collections or refunds.
Record to Report:
1. Prepare and deliver management reports (MIS, P&L, dashboards, etc.) for senior leadership, and perform month-end accounting including journal preparation and posting.
2. Conduct variance analysis, provide insights on actuals vs forecast/budget, and collaborate with the onshore team to resolve issues.
3. Provide consolidated snapshots post month-end close, report variances, and assist in communicating cost drivers to onshore partners.
Note: You may be required to work in rotational shifts, especially during month-end and quarter-end periods.
2.Having a meaningful experience in accounting and reporting will be an added advantage.
3. Should have excellent written and verbal skills.
4. Having hands on experience on applications like TM1, Oracle Discoverer, Cognos will be an advantage (Record to Report profile).
