Process Auditor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform and control the full process audit cycle including operations control management, operational excellence, operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
2. Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
3. Obtain, analyze, and evaluate audit reports, data, flowcharts, etc.
4. Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit s results and document the process.
5. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement.
6. Identify process gaps and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
7. Initiate process improvement and process automation projects using Six Sigma, process improvement tools.
8. Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.
9. Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum.
10. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management s interventions.
11. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards.
