Job Description: Process Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The Process Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient coordination of processes related to material requirements, planning sheets, and the procurement-to-production cycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, proficiency in email correspondence and Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.

3. Purchase to Production Coordination
4. Vendor Communication
5. Data Analysis and Reporting



Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a process coordination or procurement role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong proficiency in email communication and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., TCS iON) and MRP concepts.
5. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
7. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive vendor relationships.
