Process Coordinator Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working on GPS tracking and FMS tracking.
2. Attendance tracking through punch machine/online portal of all sites.
3. Working on LC/BG reminders follow-up.
4. Working on compliance follow-up from sites.
5. Working on MIS report.
6. Tracking daily activities of HO employees.
7. Working on purchase sheet tracking and follow-up in HO.

KRA:

1. Monitoring and managing the daily activities of different FMS (flow chart management system)/process workflows to ensure they are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.
2. Getting work done in the required timeline through follow-ups from the doer or seniors.
3. Identifying critical steps in different FMS, and understanding the importance of getting the work finished
4. Raising help tickets
5. Bringing to management attention with MIS sheets & help tickets
6. Identify bottlenecks in different FMS, and keep close eyes on those steps to ensure smooth functioning of the complete workflow

Skills:

1. Excellent Excel
2. Good communication skills
3. Google Sheets

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience required.
