Procurement Executive Fresher Job

We are looking for a procurement executive to provide professional and effective procurement and purchasing duties for the procurement department.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identifying/analyzing the purchase requisition, understanding the exact requirements, and rectifying it based on the right description/types by coordinating with the requester
2. Converting purchase request into a request for quotation incorporating all necessary technical & commercial clauses and identifying the right sources, and floating inquiries/requests for quotation to approved suppliers/manufacturers
3. Ensuring that all potential suppliers are provided with identical information upon which the quotations are given equal opportunity to meet the desired requirements
4. Working on the collection and submission of quotations in a timely manner
5. Working on tracking & analysis of all RFQ (submitted/completed/incomplete)
6. Working on the preparation of price comparison based on multiple suppliers'/manufacturers' quotations & liaising with respective department heads for acceptance & approval for technical/material acceptance
7. Researching and evaluating new prospective suppliers for the vendor database
8. Building long-term relationships with new and existing suppliers and service providers to ensure good service
9. Working closely with relevant departments to ensure consistency and adherence within all business units.
10. Working with the IT department to ensure IT requirements are sourced efficiently
11. HAndling any other work that arises or is assigned by the management
