Procurement Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Adopt selection processes with sellers to ensure fair competition.
2. Assist in ongoing records and information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.
3. Carry out procurement activities based on product details.
4. Conduct checks on documentation required for trade transactions.
5. Create a list of preferred sellers based on selection processes.
6. Determine inventory levels of products.
7. Gather data on potential sellers that fulfill procurement requirements.
8. Manage relationships with organizational networks and external vendors for procurement.
9. Monitor compliance of organization s procurement targets.
10. Plan work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies.
11. Review drafted proposal or procurement specifications to ensure procurement requirements are followed.
12. Support negotiation efforts with information on agreed contract terms with preferred sellers.
13. Support the use of technologies and electronic tools.
14. Test the quality of products based on procurement requirements and quality assurance standards.
15. Work with the Sales and Finance departments to support payment processes to sellers.
