Procurement Manager - Interior Projects Experience Only Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for interior projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services
2. Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve optimal value
3. Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications, providing procurement support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle
4. Monitor and manage procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
5. Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
6. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contracts, and supplier performance, facilitating effective documentation and record-keeping
7. Resolve supplier/vendor issues and disputes promptly and professionally, fostering positive relationships and ensuring continuity of the supply chain
