1. Create the analytics stack to monitor product performance metrics and KPIs
2. Manage Google Analytics (GA) Dashboard and UXcam to track user behavior and analyze data
3. Visualize and analyze user data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and propose solutions to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion
4. Visualize and analyze campaign data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose solutions to optimize user acquisition and retention
5. Analyze and propose solutions for improving App Store Optimization (ASO) and increasing app visibility
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and marketing to execute the product roadmap and deliver new features and enhancements
7. Monitor product performance, identify issues and opportunities, and propose solutions to drive growth and improve user experience
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis, user acquisition, and retention
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Other requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in data analytics
Minimum two years experience as a product analyst in a B-C segment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
Great understanding of user retention and user acquisition
Experience in data and campaign analytics
Knowledge of end-to-end execution of product roadmap
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related field
Strong understanding of GA
Advanced experience in data analysis
Basic understanding of UX Cam
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 40,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 60%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 30%
