Product Executive Job

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy product executive to help us build up our business activities. The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we d like to meet you.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage a high volume of phone calls and provide responses to all, maintaining a high quality of services and performance standards
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
3. Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within the required guidelines
4. Perform all follow-ups for all outbound calls
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Required skills:

1. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role proficiency in English
2. Fast learner and passion for sales
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
4. Languages: English and one regional language
5. Candidates should be flexible for onsite work-from-office location in Dubai

Job requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills and ready for relocation
2. Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

1. Candidates should have a passport - If it is not available, they need to apply immediately after receiving an offer letter
2. Food, accommodation, cab facility/traveling expenses will be taken care of by the company
3. Candidates should be ready to relocate to Dubai in 2 months
4. Minimum degree qualification is a must
5. Visa will be processed by the company
6. 2 dosages of vaccination is a must
