Job Description:
Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
Advises customers by providing information on products, prices, details etc.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
Proper Maintenance of the Stock Taking registers
Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service.
Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
Other duties as advised by the store sales team.
Good communication and convincing skills.
