Job Description

Production engineers design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. They analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to streamline operations.
They select, install, and maintain equipment and machinery used in the production process. Production engineers ensure that equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and operated to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
They collaborate with production planners and managers to develop production schedules and sequences. Production engineers ensure that production schedules are achievable and align with customer demands and inventory levels.
