Key responsibilities:
1. Work on event coordination: Oversee all aspects of event production, including logistics, equipment rentals, set-up, and breakdown, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
2. Work on budget management: Develop and monitor production budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Work on vendor liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.
4. Work on problem-solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution phases, ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Work on schedule management: Create detailed production timelines, coordinating with all team members to keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.
6. Handle safety compliance: Ensure all events adhere to safety regulations and best practices, conducting risk assessments as necessary.
