Store Knowledge:Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials.
Manpower Handling:Efficiently supervise and manage production staff to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
Machine Operations:Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laser cutting machines and bending machines.
Production Oversight:Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.Requirements:
Experience:Minimum 6 years of experience in production management, preferably in 4G/LTE or similar industries.
Education:Technical background (preferred).
Skills:Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
