We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our furniture production process, ensuring efficient and high-quality production, timely delivery, and excellent after-sales service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing labor forces, production planning, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Labor Management: Supervise and manage a team of production workers, including carpenters, upholsterers, and assembly staff. Ensure adequate staffing levels and allocate tasks efficiently. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
2. Production Planning: Coordinate with the production team to plan and schedule production runs. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products. Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
3. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues.
4. Product Delivery and After-Sales Service: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers. Coordinate with the customer service team to address any customer concerns or issues.
5. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
