Program Advisor Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on leads given by the organization
2. Help develop candidate management
3. Learn and apply counseling techniques and convince candidates
4. Maintain daily MIS of calls completed
5. Collaborate with experienced sales professionals
6. Work closely with a mentor who has over 20 years of experience in the field
7. Attend meetings, events, and other networking opportunities
