Key responsibilities:

1. Building and executing new processes for the academy department to ensure a better education experience for BrightCHAMPS students
2. Generating and interpreting basic reports (Excel) on program performance
3. Driving stakeholder alignment and action towards program progress
4. Working for 6 days a week

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
