Program Facilitator & Research Analyst – Embedded Systems & Robotics Job

We are looking for a program facilitator & research analyst in embedded systems & robotics who is passionate about emerging technologies and has a commitment to nurturing young talent. This role is central to creating hands-on programs and experiential learning opportunities.

Candidates should have a qualification such as B.E., B. Tech., B.Sc., M.Sc., BCA, or MCA in electronics, computers, mechatronics, or related fields. They must be enthusiastic educators who inspire young learners, possess a deep interest in hardware technologies, demonstrate creativity in problem-solving, and excel in breaking down complex topics. A willingness to stay updated on robotics, IoT, and embedded systems is essential.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on facilitating engaging sessions for students aged 12 to 17, guiding them through embedded systems, robotics, IoT, drones, and 3D printing programs, leading real-world projects, and mentoring students in technical skills and project development.
2. Work on conducting research on emerging technologies, contributing to curriculum development, organizing tech workshops and events, assessing student progress, and coordinating logistical arrangements.

Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Pune, have experience or interest in teaching robotics and IoT, and possess strong knowledge of Arduino, ESP boards, and embedded systems programming. They should have the ability to build projects in electronics, IoT, and automation, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi. A self-motivated, creative, and passionate approach to work is essential.
