1. Assist in coordinating program activities both internally and externally, ensuring alignment with project targets and strategic goals
2. Contribute to the development of program initiatives by collaborating with external consultants and the core team, ensuring timely delivery of project documentation
3. Work closely with multiple teams to achieve program goals with a focus on accessibility enhancements
4. Contribute to meeting program deliverables and key performance indicators (KPIs) by collaborating with Data Insights to ensure alignment with organizational frameworks
5. Assist the Marketing team in creating impactful stories and case studies that communicate the global impact of the program
6. Help create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports, while supporting efficient implementation through resource allocation
7. Identify potential project risks and proactively address issues to minimize their impact on project timelines and objectives, promoting a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in managing projects or initiatives in the K-12 education sector
2. Experience in managing user research, particularly for accessibility-focused projects
3. Familiarity with digital development projects, especially those involving developers
4. Knowledge of the EdTech market and current trends
5. Proven experience in delivering projects or programs that engage young audiences
6. Experience working with funders as key stakeholders in program development
7. Proficiency in applying evidence-based approaches to program delivery
8. Ability to demonstrate familiarity with NGSS and its relevance to educational systems and curriculum
