About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop timelines, budget, teams, and plan for a given project
2. Ensure high-quality work is produced
3. Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
4. Conduct performance reviews and evaluate the program
5. Facilitate communication between relevant teams
6. Take customer feedback
7. Help strategize the sales team to develop a product sales pipeline
8. Assign instructors to the batch
9. Handle parents, students, or instructor queries related to the program
