1. 3+ years of program or project management experience
2. 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
3. Experience working with global stakeholders
4. Strong aptitude for rapid learning
5. Ability to combine analytical acumen and communication skills
6. Ability to dive deep to understand key drivers of business problems, collaborate with partner teams to ideate, formulate solutions, and advocate systemic improvements where required
B. Preferred Qualifications:
1. MBA with 3+ years of program management experience in CX improvement, pricing, benchmarking, quality, or continuous improvement domains
2. Experience in building, improving, and re-engineering business processes and business analytics
3. Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and deliver results within timelines
4. Past track record of ideation/innovation to solve complex business problems
