Program Manager Job

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in the planning and execution of program activities and events. Develop and implement fundraising campaigns that align with the organization's mission and goals. Identify and research potential sources of major gifts and grants.
2. Plan and organize fundraising events, including donor recognition events and fundraising galas
3. Build and maintain relationships with donors, ensuring timely and meaningful appreciation and recognition.
4. Maintain effective communication with our partner schools and stakeholders
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of program activities and timely reporting.
6. Support in development of social media strategy through effective and engaging posts for various social media platforms, development of articles/blogs, impact stories to highlight the program impact.
7. Support in development of reports, case studies, and success stories to highlight the impact of our programs.
8. Maintain all administrative records of all communications and documentation related to programs, reports and achievements.
9. Coordinate with concerned team for effective implementation of program activities and engage with program beneficiaries to understand their needs and provide necessary support.
10. Any other responsibilities, as assigned.
