The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing Womenite's community engagement initiatives in Noida and Greater Noida. This includes overseeing the work of Community Mobilizers, ensuring the successful implementation of programs, managing stakeholder relationships, and monitoring and evaluating program outcomes. The Program Manager will play a key role in driving the impact of Womenite's projects and ensuring they align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Program leadership & management:
1. Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all community engagement programs in Noida and Greater Noida.
2. Oversee the day-to-day activities of Community Mobilizers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
3. Ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of the programs.
(b) Stakeholder engagement & partnership building:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, NGOs, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
2. Represent Womenite in meetings, forums, and events related to community development and engagement.
3. Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and resource mobilisation to support program goals.
(c) Monitoring, evaluation, & reporting:
1. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of community engagement activities.
2. Regularly collect and analyze data to inform program adjustments and improvements.
3. Prepare comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
(d) Team management & development:
1. Provide leadership and support to the Community Mobilizers, including setting performance goals, conducting regular check-ins, and facilitating professional development.
2. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
(e) Budget management:
1. Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
2. Monitor expenditures and provide financial reports to the director of programs.
(f) Risk management:
1. Identify potential risks to the successful delivery of the programs and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Ensure that all program activities comply with Womenite's policies and legal requirements
