Job Description
Project Manager- Education and Sports for All
Overall responsibility for supporting planning, conducting need assessment & execution of initiatives for Education & Sports for All initiative (these include projects in the areas of improving access to quality education in India)
Oversee and manage operations of the digital learning van in Mumbai, reaching out to over 5000 underprivileged school going children
Liaise with various stakeholders including schools, partner NGOs, local partners, communities etc. to execute projects successfully
Closely monitor implementation and outcomes of the programs and report progress periodically
Review the latest policy research, best practices in delivery modes, best partners, latest innovation work etc. to shape the design of the programs

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 Years of experience in the development sector
Minimum of 4 years of college education in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, Management. Candidates with educational background in other disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Standard office ICT skills
