Key responsibilities:

1. Develop a detailed drawing based on concepts & client/project requirements
2. Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
3. Work closely with construction teams to ensure the design is executed correctly
4. Create sketches, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design ideas
5. Ensure the design aligns with functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals
6. Use software like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM for precision in designs
